1.1. If for any reason (non-compliance of the product, change of size/size, etc. including the exercise of the right of withdrawal) the Consumer is not satisfied with his purchase, he may return the purchased Product within 14 days of delivery of the Product. 

1.2 To return a Product, please follow the simple steps below:

(i) Log in to your account, open the order section.

(ii) Select the “Refund” button in the Order containing the Products you wish to return, indicating in the return form the reason (e.g. defect, non-conformity, wrong size, or other) and the request (e.g. replacement, refund).

(iii) You will receive an email confirming the start of the return procedure, followed by an email indicating the courier to be used to ship the Product you intend to return. The courierĀ“s document must be printed and applied to the outside of the package of the Products to be returned, so that the address to which the “return” should be sent is visible: PV – E-commerce returns c/o Alpi Servizio Moda Srl – Via del Beccarello 70 – 59100 Prato. The shipping receipt must be kept.

(iv) The sending of the email confirming the “return” does not in any way constitute acceptance of the request or complaint of non-conformity/defects or other, as the Product will be checked by the Seller who reserves the right to proceed with the replacement/refund of the Products only after having carried out all the quality controls to assess the actual non-conformities.

(v) If the Consumer chooses to use the carrier indicated by the Seller, the service shall be free of charge, if the Consumer chooses to use another carrier, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Consumer.

(vi) The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all parts, new, including any manuals, with labels and tags still attached. Tampering with or damage to the Product resulting in a loss of value of the Product may prevent replacement or refund. 

(vii) In the case of the “return” of a Product falling under the “Conformity Warranty” referred to in Article 8.2.(of the General Conditions of Sale), it will not be required that the Product be in perfect condition and with the signs etc.  

(vii) If the returned Product is in perfect condition, the Seller will replace the Product with a new delivery or refund the price paid using the same payment instruments used to make the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
